Services

NumberLogic Academy offers live instructor-led training sessions focused on analytical skill development. Sessions are scheduled in advance and delivered either in person or through a virtual meeting platform.

Digital Products

Our online course materials include downloadable resources, video tutorials, and assessments. Access is granted upon completion of the enrollment process.

Goods

The Academy may offer physical items such as printed guides, workbooks, or branded merchandise, which are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Refund Policy

1. Live Training Sessions

Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund or a reschedule. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the session may be moved to a new date up to 6 months ahead if submitted at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Missed sessions without adequate notice are neither refundable nor eligible for rescheduling.

2. Online Course Materials

Access to digital downloads is refundable within 7 days of the first download, provided that no more than 25 percent of the content has been viewed or completed. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval to the original payment method.

3. Physical Goods

Physical items can be sent back within 30 days of receipt if they remain in original condition. Upon receipt of the item, you may choose a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, processed within 14 days of confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain premium services, such as one-on-one coaching packages, are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation. These options are clearly identified prior to purchase, and no reimbursements or reschedule options apply.

Schedule Changes

Requests to change session dates must be submitted at least 48 hours before the original date. Approved changes may be applied to a date within 6 months of the initial booking at no extra charge.
